Marco has experience in many areas, including arson, fraud, appraisal under fire insurance policies, mortgagee claims, housing court defense, commercial and contract disputes, and contested foreclosure cases.
Marco is an adjunct instructor within Daemen College’s paralegal program. He is also a frequent lecturer and presenter on many topics related to property litigation, including fraud arson, appraisals, and material misrepresentation.
