The actions taken when an investigation begins at a fire and arson scene can play a very important role in the resolution of a case. Spoliation of evidence is the destruction of or failure to save evidence that could have been used by someone in future litigation.

Adjusters and investigators need to be aware of the the consequences when evidence is not preserved properly. Join us for a presentation from Jason Karasinksi, a well-known origin and cause expert to learn the important considerations that insurance professionals must be aware of during a fire scene inspection.
